We carefully choose, train and supervise our staff. Our quality services are provided by hand selected bonded individuals who are carefully trained to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction. Services West-Nette's employees follow a strict code of ethics which instils confidence in both service and customer relations. Services West-Nette largely caters to seniors aged sixty-five and over who need assistance in caring for their homes.
We help individuals, who are dealing with health concerns, enjoy their independence, privacy and comfort by allowing them to remain at home in a clean and healthy environment. Seniors, who do not like to feel as though they are a burden on their loved ones, often do feel as if the only option they have is to move into retirement homes or nursing homes. If you are among these individuals, we want you to know that you do have a choice! If you are aged 65 and over and live in the West Island area, we can assist you.Please note, if you are 70 years of age and over, you are eligible for the Home Support Service Tax Credit offered by the Government of Quebec.
Accordingly, 30% of your cleaning expenses are tax deductible.

Territory Served:
The exclusive territory served by the organisation is the same as those areas served by the CSSS West-Island; CLSC’s Lac-Saint-Louis and Pierrefonds.
Services West-Nette offers comprehensive cleaning services to residents of Pointe-Claire, Roxboro, Dollard des Ormeaux, Senneville, Pierrefonds, Beaconsfield, Baie d'Urfé, Sainte-Anne de Bellevue, Ste-Genevieve, Kirkland and Ile Bizard
Services offered require a minimum of three (3) hours every week, two weeks or once a month .
Clients using our organization have access to a Quebec Government subsidy of $4 an hour. The rate after subsidy varies between $8 and $15 per hour and for seniors over 65 years old, is based on the client's annual revenue.
Please note, if you are 70 years of age and over, you are eligible for the Home Support Service Tax Credit offered by the Government of Quebec. Accordingly, 30% of our rates is tax deductible.
REFFERALS:
You do not need a referral to have access to our services. You just need to call our office, any time and leave us your message or talk to one of our administrative staff. 514-626-1296.
We then meet with you in order to have you sign the government forms in order to have access to the grant.
Clients under 65 who already have the CLSC’s help for personal care, may obtain from them an official referral to have access to the seniors rates and avoid paying taxes.

Washing walls and ceilings

Moving appliances
Seasonal work:
Cutting the grass
Packing up for moving
Snow shovelling of the entrance or the balcony (available only if the housecleaner is present on that day)
